Responsible for Management of the Member Assist Team and Member Services Support. These teams are responsible for incoming communications that include assist line for CU staff, problem resolution/research requests, Senior Management/Board Requests, and social media escalations. Also Deposit Product management and Operations support including VODs, mail in deposits, membership application processing and review, remote deposit capture, and various front line workflow processes. In addition, community financial literacy education efforts including campus Credit Unions.
