Due to my proven comprehensive training method, 4 of my assistant managers were promoted to property manager.

Responsible for coordinating a small team in the management of daily operations for, at times, up to 13 properties and as many clients, some of which were actively in receivership. Property types included office, industrial and retail, with both large and small shopping centers. Responsible for renewal leasing where indicated by management agreement, completing 10 renewals in 3 years. Other responsibilities included budgeting, reporting, CAM reconciliation, vendor contract bidding, etc. Focused on facilitating the client’s goal(s) for the property(ies).

Originally hired as APM, then promoted to Manager less than one year later. Responsible for coordinating management and contracted staff in daily duties, conducting team meetings and staff development training, overseeing fire/life safety protocol as Fire Safety Director, monthly reporting to client, collaborating on annual budget and quarterly reforecast of same, attending leasing meetings and assisting the leasing team as necessary, inspecting the building for cleanliness and maintenance issues, meeting with tenants, coordinating events, etc. Managed a staff of 6. Worked and trained with local authorities (police, fire, FBI, Health) in Bomb-threat Awareness, Anti-terrorism, and Recognizing hostile surveillance.
