Hired originally for Quality Built, Risk Management in the construction industry, as the office manager and quickly became responsible for analyzing all company processes planning, developing, organizing, writing and editing technical documents and manuals in order to achieve ISO 9001:2000 certification of the Quality Management System (QMS). Continually led the company to improve processes and maintain conformity through audits, analyzation, and process revisions, as well as elevated the quality and provided consistency of reports for internal and external clients in accordance with ISO 9001:2000, 2008, and then 2015 standards. Ran a Federal program at inner city schools which provided remedial computer lessons in reading, mathmatics, and language arts for grades K - 8. Set up the computer lessons on an individual basis, tracked progress, provided one-on-one assistance for students. Conducted continual assessments to assure progress was met or to modify or enhance lessons as necessary.
