Daily Operational Responsibilities include Oversee collecting and charting needed documentation timely and accurately. Obtain insurance verification and authorization for visits timely. Enter coordination notes and verify others’ notes in HCHB. Work with insurance companies, branches, intake personnel, and others as required to collect and manage needed info for timely and accurate billing purposes.

Insures that insurance pre-verification and benefits have been obtained according to procedure guidelines. Organization, management, security and confidentiality of all patient records, serving as a link among the patient, physician and office staff.
