I'm a huge people-person which has proven to accelerate my career growth greatly. I thoroughly enjoy networking and getting to know every aspect of the buisness that I am a part of. Reaching outside of my core job accountablites has grown me as a buisness woman to be able to create an environment that I can understand and control through buisness acumen. I am a strong believer that growing others grows yourself and the success of the people I've empowered throughout my career is a direct reflection my leadership skills. I also strongly believe in empowering women in the retail world. Being a piller member of Best Buys Women Leadership Institution has shown me the importance of having a diverse work enviorment. My goal is to succeed in growing myself as a leader in Best Buy while growing my team; Being able to teach out my skills and strengths as well as how to overcome objections and how important it is to be your best self everyday. My work ethic is one of my strongest attributes and I've proven to be one of the most reliable in my work force. I will never pass on an opportunity to learn if there is someone willing to teach.
