Implement & Mange a team for INFRASTRUCTURE business unit Projects to• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, schedule, and contract to prepare a comprehensive technical package for pricing.• Develop required technical requisitions for pricing including all relevant documents & records.• Achieved cost saving by changing the Material specifications, Standards, types keeping on function & quality.• Ensure an effective material management process relating to, Material submittals, Purchase requests, Purchase orders/Subcontracts issuance, delivery, storage, Inspection, Tracking and distribution of materials according to the site needs.• Control the wastage of each item coordinating with site Mangers & QS.• Using other projects remained materials in case of similar approved.• Control inventory balance to fulfill all site needs and progress.• Resolve all problems with consultant regarding quality of the received materials.• Negotiate and handle agreements with Site sub-contractors and verify offers.• Direct & Control Subcontractors production according to approved shop drawings.• Support Contract Administrators in preparing any technical/cost claims with sufficient information about any variation orders. • Support Cost control in preparing the Move orders & Cost report. • Participate in local and international tenders

• Raise letters, mails to consultant / Employer if any conflict occurs.• Attend Managerial Steering / Progress meetings. • Set up meetings between client decision makers and company leaders.• Coordinate all technical matters between engineering, construction and subcontractors in order to solve any potential problems. • Resolve all problems with consultant regarding quality of the received materials.• Ensure an effective material management process relating to, submittals approval process, control, storage and distribution of materials according to the needs.• Organizing the team priorities, targets, Logs and work status.• Negotiate and handle agreements with Site sub-contractors and verify offers.• Attend meetings, conferences and seminars to add new subcontractors/suppliers in different Trades

• Study the project contract documents to prepare the material List.• Issue request for purchase order to the suppliers and subcontractors.• Prepare material submittal to be approved by the consultant.• Follow up on materials production with the suppliers and their arrival dates to the site. • Check quantity accuracy with QC for the received material versus required. • Track and follow up receiving and distributing of materials according to the needs.• Follow up on suppliers and subcontractors’ payments with Accounting Department.• Inform about any variations in the material requirements comparing with the contract.

• Prepare shop drawing based on design drawings in accurate with quality standard. • Study and prepare requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction.• Prepare material submittal in conjunction with material to be approved by the consultant.• Prepare as-built drawings at the end of the project and hand over to the project consultant.

• Prepare Time Schedules using Primavera.• Follow (deliveries, fabrication, and installation) to achieve the schedule on Time.
