Sales and Operations:- Accountable for sales growth forecast.- Perform accurate forecasting & budgeting for sales revenue & growth.- Develop & plan sales strategies for broader accounts penetrations.- Identify and target revenue growth opportunities in the market.- Planning, allocating and monitoring key parameters of design teams and other resources.- Coaching and training to sales and design team to ensure excellent market knowledge.- Investments and expansion of resources.- Local and regional business development.- Clients' and vendors' management.- Preparation of quotations and management of all projects profit margins.- Manage overall P&L, control of all operating expenses.Marketing Team:- Manage marketing team on new advertising, branding strategies.- Build & execute strategic sales business plans that support the sales force in achieving the company’s top & bottom line objectives.- Rolling out various marketing initiatives to ensure strong market positioning.- Organizing events and sponsorships.Human Resource & Accounts Department:- Ensure positive recruitment exercise.- Constant reviews of policies and benefits.- Setting up Standard Operating Procedures.- Bi-annual appraisals initiatives.- Career progression of all employees.Design Team:- Manage a group of Design Directors and designers.- Works closely with team on strategies for best approach for all projects' design developments and new pitches.- Review of designs to ensure they are aligned with clients' brief and expectations.Project Team:- Projection and execution of all projects under the group for timely handover.- Review of projects to ensure quality of finished products before handover.
