With over 10 years of work experience in Worker’s Compensation and Medical sectors, I am a New Claims Trainer at WorkCover Queensland, where I train and support new and existing Claims Representatives on injury management, customer service, and legislative compliance. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Griffith University, and I have developed strong skills in medical office management, medical assisting, and communication. My core competencies include delivering engaging and effective training programs, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring quality and consistency of claims processes. I am passionate about helping injured workers and employers navigate the workers' compensation system, and I strive to uphold the values and mission of WorkCover Queensland.
