CurrentResponsible for full life cycle recruiting of open positions for 18 locations nationwide. Source passive and active candidates by utilizing search firms, temp agencies, job fairs, social networking, and on-campus recruiting for permanent employees and interns. Conduct interviews, assessment analysis, and coordinate meetings with all hiring managers involved. Continuous evaluation of strategies to ensure our resources are being maximized. Authored Recruiting Specialist Manual and involved in the implementation of two Applicant Tracking Systems: OpenHire and Taleo. Positions include Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Information Technology, Operations and Management.
