A broad range of therapeutic areas were involved, with a focus on oncology and ophthalmology. Clients included multi-national publically traded companies, small private start-up companies and an investment banking firm. The following are specific examples:(1) Provide general drug development, licensing, venture capital and corporate formation assistance to a private clinical stage oncology company. Transformed the company from the preclinical stage, by the acquisition/license of assets from a global top tier pharmaceutical company, to one preparing to initiate Phase 2 clinical trials. On the Board of Directors until 2017.(2) Provide general drug development consulting to a private clinical stage company developing a novel class of pharmaceuticals for a wide variety of therapeutic indications, including but not limited to numerous ophthalmic and oncology diseases. Specific involvement included clinical trials, FDA interactions, toxicology, pharmacokinetics and formulation development. (3) Co-Founding an ophthalmic company based on a new and disruptive technology. This activity has included development of total drug development plans, a business plan and a capital raising strategy/document package.
