As a personal and professional coach, consultant, and facilitator I draw on my 35 years of experience in leadership roles at Kimball International, Kimball Electronics and a business, Tell City Pretzels, owned by my husband and I since 2009. My career at Kimball began in customer service and ended as VP, IT. I consider myself a lifelong learner and am always looking for new opportunities to use my skills and abilities to inspire others to be the best they can be. In coaching, consulting, and facilitation engagements with clients, I guide individuals at various points in their career - from looking for a new career opportunity, beginning a career, individuals taking on stretch roles, leaders navigating challenging situations and life changing experiences. I adapt my processes to the unique objectives and expectations based on everyone’s unique situation. My methodology equips the individual with tools, a changed mindset, and a path to achieve desired goal and aspirations. Grounded in core values alignment and centered on challenging self-limiting beliefs, I help clients dig deep to uncover obstacles while leveraging their strengths to soar to new levels harnessing untapped potential. The many diverse and challenging opportunities at Kimball Electronics provided the opportunity for me to develop experience, knowledge in skills in leadership, project management, and employee growth /development. This along with the John Maxwell Team training and certification, Empowered Living coaching certification have equipped me to coach, facilitate and speak to both large and small groups. The DISC certification is valuable for behavioral analysis leading to better understanding of self and improved methods of effectively working with others.
