My personal drive to MOVE MORE has helped me to assist others in Corporate Wellness, Community Programming and Elementary Schools. I strongly believe individuals need to check-in to assess their Emotional, Intellectual, Occupational, Social, Physical and Spiritual well-being. I view the dimensions of wellness as a bike tire and we need to work on all the portions of our tire or we may end up with a "FLAT" tire. Working on balancing our well-being will allow us to become empowered, productive and happy. My ultimate goal is to help individuals find their PASSION in life or their "WHY"! What makes them tick, what makes them get up in the morning, what makes them become the best they can become!
