负责广州天盈广场写字楼项目业户活动、大厦形象装饰的主策。

• 负责黄埔佳纷天地项目各项企划活动的策划、宣传推广；• 根据公司整体思路和战略，针对黄埔佳纷天地项目周边市场及客群、商户及项目特点策划会员及社群引流活动、氛围包装等；• 负责黄埔佳纷天地项目的品牌公关、形象把控，同时关注政府部门营商环境扶持政策并积极响应配合推出有关活动；• 推进商户广告位扶持合作、租赁等事宜；• 对区域各项目间联动的活动广告输出内容、微信推文等进行撰写、审核、修改，以达到市场推广的发声、投放效果。

• 主导万宁内地门店TP2.0形象升级及整改工作，强化“健与美”形象，提高差异化市场竞争力。主导规划广深地区共10家新店POSM，并策划开业促销活动。代表项目有广州云门NEW PARK分店（形象升级首店）、深圳宝能太古城分店；• 策划及执行2021万宁HBWA“健美赏”活动。根据品牌形象、产品特点，与团队共同敲定KV及延展物料设计主题，根据品牌形象撰写中英双语文案，保持跨部门合作沟通，把控物料设计及呈现效果；• 整理每个促销档期须突出的机制、聚焦品类，策划配合促销之活动，如新店开业优惠、电子支付现金券、买赠促销等，力求提高客单价及连单率，促进线下门店向线上云店小程序引流、会员纳新等。

• Supervise a team in advertising space leasing, CRM system maintenance, and data analysis;• Carry out numbers of commercial art displays, brand roadshows, and store opening events, including event proposal and design adjustments, before-/after-event promotions, on-site inspections and operations;• Analyze customer flow, traffic volume, and revenues generated by activities for various brands, provide timely feedback to landlord in order to update or adjust promotional strategies;• Successful Projects: PIXAR “Get Mischievous” (doubled monthly traffic and achieved highest sales during project); GODIVA x White Rabbit Exclusive Pop-up Store (increased monthly traffic by 10%); T-Mall Tomorrow City - Guangzhou; Dyson Roadshow; Adidas ZX Roadshow; OnHair Opening Ceremony x LIN Gengxin Fans Meet-up; Travel in AIGLE Exhibition, etc. • Received numerous written praises from partner brands.

• Carried out regular satisfaction surveys, learned about store sales revenue and state of business, established effective communication channels with landlord and tenants, so as to jointly enhance on-site services;• Contacted and communicated about the on-site operation issues with UR, PurCotton, Uniqlo, O.C.E, OSIM, and more than 30 other brands.• Independently took charge of shop fitting-out/renovation work, fire safety layout and governmental submission, and friendly cooperated with brands like SONY, Huawei, Ferrari, Balabala, Harbor House, etc.

• Rotated between positions and acquired skills in business operations, promotions and leasing negotiations, etc. in commercial properties of Hong Kong SHKP such as HK ICC/ Four Seasons Place/ V-city/ MOKO.
