Started in 1927, the company has become a prominent player in the newly formed Optima Specialty Steel, Inc. Producing carbon, alloy and high chrome alloy tube ranging in diameter of 0.75" to 5.0" OD. The majority of my clients were pipe distributors or service agencies to power companies or coal burning manufacturing facilities. In addition to the standard responsibilities of boiler tube sales, I championed the export of mechanical tubing and managed all aspects of export crating and was the key liaison to freight forwarders.
