PMA is a hotel sales, marketing and organizational development consulting company whose goal is to identify strategies and tactics to increase revenue. Sandy sold the company to new owners in 2013.

Managed by Quorum Hotels, with 472 rooms and responsible for $25 million in annual rooms and catering revenue, Sandy was hired to combine, redeploy, and train the two hotel teams, complexing all sales, marketing and revenue management.

Sandy directed sales and marketing for this $18 million resort with multiple entities, a 198 room Inn with extensive meeting space; 2 golf courses; 2 tennis facilities; 37,00 square foot health club/spa; 350 slip marina; multiple food and beverage outlets; catering operations. She held additional position of Inn General Manager for six months during management transition.
