Designation: Production EngineerKey Responsibility:• Preparing production plan on daily, weekly & monthly basis• Overall Equipment Effectiveness.• Optimize the productivity by various methods by continual improvements , optimum utilization of all the resources 4M(Man, Machine, Material, Method)• Vendor management for quick availability of spares, Follow up with vendors for timely delivery• Ensure production as per hourly target• Raw material requirement & Manpower requirement planning.• Daily production planning.• Meeting the production target by closely monitoring schedule vs. supply.• Controlling rejection.• Eliminating NVA from process to reducing downtime.• Maintain tool history card.• Conducting regular training to operators & supervisors• Analyzing daily production report.• Process audit.• Prepare MIS daily & monthly.• Implemented poka-yoke to avoid problem in future. • Arrange the 5’S’& KAIZEN in M/C Shop.
