Tripled the amount raised the previous year, with 50+ first-time donors.- FY 2016: Procured 24% of total individual donations, over 50% of which was not budgeted, via direct solicitations and fundraisers. Additionally raised funds by securing sponsorships and co-writing grant applications, including one which resulted in a $50,000+ award.Volunteer Outreach Accomplishments- Increased volunteer tutor recruitment by 55% from FY 2015 to FY 2016. Tutors committed to 18 hours of training, training fees, a minimum of 6 months of 2+ hours of weekly tutoring, and continuing education.- Spearheaded the organization’s first analysis of volunteer recruitment and used the analysis to prioritize and refine recruitment methods.
