I am an alumni of the Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Systems program at Carleton University, and a current IT Analyst at Shared Services Canada, where I provide support and solutions for the federal government's IT infrastructure and services. I have a strong interest and aptitude in software development, database management, and automation, as well as a keen curiosity and passion for learning new technologies and tools.In my previous internship at Airbus, I worked with the Methods department to facilitate the transfer of documents and programs from Bombardier to Airbus platform, developing a MySQL database with automated queries to generate weekly reports, and automating KPIs using Google Apps Script. These projects reduced the time spent on repetitive tasks by up to 200%, improved the accuracy and efficiency of the data analysis, and streamlined the communication and collaboration between the teams. I also created onboarding documentation to help new employees integrate into the department and the company culture. I enjoy working with diverse and talented teams, contributing to innovative and impactful projects, and solving complex and challenging problems. I am eager to apply my skills and knowledge to new opportunities and environments, and to bring a fresh and creative perspective to the engineering field.
