Matching with statement and all Collections if anything pending will follow ups with respective clients.

Clients - Bank of America and Wells Fargo➢ Download bank statement and performing daily work allocation to the team.➢ Research and respond to generic mailbox queries.➢ Research and resolve unidentified & unapplied payments.➢ Post all payments cash, checks and credit card payment to customer accounts.➢ Creating inventories for the received statement.➢ Processing Reapplication and Refund for the respective entities.
