Current Manage and reconcile all derivatives data according to client requirements. Work on TFIM solution and manage client data by highlighting all exceptions and getting them resolved within the ASA. Work on Smartstream’s self-developed Transactions, Fees cost and invoice management solution ensuring all SLA’s are met. Escalating the data exceptions to internal and external teams for the required fix until processed to completion. Keep clients & stakeholders updated on all progress and liaise with brokers & banks. Have done root cause analysis and provided assistance for continuous improvement in solution for data management & Maintained. Cost saving for Clients by rectifying & avoiding duplication, effectively communicating all improvements to stakeholders Weekly & Biweekly. Working with multiple teams for improvement of STP value in the smartstream solution. Ensuring all the GLSL breaks in reconciliation are cleared timely. Responsible for ensuring that all Brexit payment postings made and stamped in system are correct and released accordingly, with notifications to recipients for fund allocations. Leading weekly tri-party calls for a smooth and forward-looking operations. Prioritisation and completion of work is in accordance with service level agreements Involvement in the training of new employees on business as usual and their smooth integration.
