My current role requires working with customers to onboard their reconciliations into SmartStream Reconciliations Premium solution running on a variety of infrastructure platforms which includes but not limited to AWS, Azure, Hybrid Infrastructure.My responsibilities include designing and implementing complex technology and business solution architecture. The architecture is an outcome of the technical and business requirements workshop conducted with the customer's business and technology team. The solutions may need to cater to different platform offering ranging from SaaS to On-Premise infrastructure.While some solutions require simple implementation, others may require a complex setup to either replace an existing component with a cloud-native feature or introduction of a new component for an On-Premise customer owing to compliance requirements.My current role requires working on multiple projects for different clients across different time zones. The responsibilities include requirement gathering from customer, designing the technology architecture for internal infrastructure teams, liaising with team across different time zone to get the infrastructure ready as per the design and working with business solution implementation team for specific customer requirements. It often requires deep dive into various technology restrictions that would need to be worked around to deliver the final solution to the customer.The project phase requires frequent interaction with business and technology stake holders of the clients and my organization.Some of the recent implementation challenges include,Integration of data loading layer with AWS S3 for a private cloud customer.Implementation of Hybrid Architecture for SaaS offering on AWS.Implementation and integration of Reconciliation solution on Azure with GL on private cloud.Coding complex data transformation and integration with Apache Servicemix.Implementation of enterprise scheduling application on AWS.
