I have worked in leadership roles in reputed IT companies like HCL Technologies, Tech Mahindra, WNS Global and Tata InfoTech Ltd (TCS) in India and internationally in the US, the UK and South Africa. I have delivered projects in Enterprise Content Management & Portals, E-Commerce, BPM, Database, Middleware/SOA, Mobility, Social Analytics, Cloud solutions and Telecom OSS/BSSI have excellent track record of more than 14 years in Project Delivery, Program Management, Engagement Management, managing Business Operations of big accounts across Europe, US & APAC regions.Strong background of Quantitative Project Management. Worked as SEI CMMi Level 5 coordinator, Agile Coach, Head of Function Point Estimation core team for the entire Delivery Unit in my previous organizations.I have been engaged in Corporate Sustainability, Employee Health and Safety and implementing Green Computing measures. In South Africa I have extensively worked in BEE (Black Economic Empowerment) as well.I am passionate about preservation of environment, heritage, art and keen on utilizing my professional expertise in these areas.
