Effectively implemented balanced leadership and management responsibilities with school operations: attendance, restorative justice/discipline, safety, scheduling and supervision, drafting a 3-year Unified Improvement Plan, a 90-Day Plan. Lead trainings integrating literacy, technology, and Thinking Maps into social studies units with an emphasis on creating a cooperative, culturally responsive classroom using Social Studies Alive!, Geography Alive!, and History Alive! Facilitate trainings for school districts across the nation focusing on elementary social studies, middle and high school geography, history, world cultures, economics, and government. Emphasize the use of multiple intelligences, instructional best-practices, 21st Century skills, and Sheltered Instruction Observation Protocols (SIOP).
