I really do like getting stuff done, especially if I can apply empathy, creativity, innovation and consulting methodologies while I am at it. It can range from quickly mobilizing high performance teams to applying consultative approach to conflict resolution. It can be all types of process improvement, or figuring out a simple solution to a complex problem. I thrive under pressure, am always hungry to learn and therefore always the first to raise my hand for a new challenge. I am in love with problem-solving.I am a big believer of continuous learning and you will always find me trying to expand and enhance my skillset in my free time.
