Our rental management services includes finding KYC verified tenants, drafting and executing rental agreements, move-ins, rental collection, service request management, renewals and exit settlements. Our property management services include property onboarding, off-boarding and renovation. We partner with PropCo companies, Developers and other Business to offer our Rental and Property Management Services to increase their sales velocity, rental yields and capital appreciation of their residential asset portfolio. We undertake large project management services for Corporates, Developers and Business which includes exterior and interior painting, civil work, fabrication and interiors with a laser focus on strong project, vendor and financial management.Our biggest differentiator is our prop-tech platform. It integrates our golden execution capabilities and helps us to deliver better management for our Asset Owners and a better living experience to Consumers. It provides us with the foundation to profitably scale our business across multiple residential asset formats and cities.I have 26 years of experience in Rental and Property Management, Business Operations and Technology. I have also worked in senior leadership and management positions for various Information Technology Organisations like Xchanging / DXC, Hewlett Packard, Sasken and Hinduja BGS in India, US, UK and France handling of teams of upto 100 FTEs.
