Dr. Garg retired from NASA in Aug. 2018 with over 30 years of experience in aerospace R&D focusing on flight and propulsion control. He served as a manager at NASA for over 20 years where he tripled his organization despite the agency facing continuous budget cuts. Dr. Garg has completed extensive management and leadership training including the 11 week Program for Management Development (PMD) course at Harvard Business School, and the NASA Senior Executive Service Candidate Development Program (SESCDP). Dr. Garg has done extensive study on his own on how to motivate technical staff and has successfully applied the knowledge to manage a customer focused organization.
