Prepare, consolidate and review monthly MIS.• Develop organization prospects by studying economic trends and revenue opportunities; projecting acquisition and expansion prospects at the appropriate time; analyzing organization operations; identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement; accumulating capital to fund expansion• Oversee the day-to-day accounting functions including Invoicing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and Inventory Control Management• Managing Accounts Finalization and Audits• Maintain an optimum talent level in the team through engagement and retention.• Ensuring statutory compliances, oversee accounts / audit finalization, support in structuring deals.• Managing Banking & Financial and Accounting process including Capex Monitoring, Product costing and formulating costing process, Sound knowledge of IFRS as well as of SAP-FICO/MM/AM/SD module, ERP Accounting Systems.
