I am presently the MD & CEO of Bhavi Creation, responsible for the entire operations across the company. This is my first assignment as MD & CEO of a Banking, Finance, Technologies based Company. Prior to this, I have had the experience of running large Branches in reputed private sector Banks(ICICI, DCB BANK, HDFC BANK, INDUSIND BANK), whose details are as given below.I have handled the entire Branch Banking operations as Chief Manager for a large region of Hyderabad (Indusind Bank), Hyderabad for HDFC BANK Managed Branches of Balance Sheet over 600 Crores. I had demonstrated an exemplary performance of posting 30% growth for the entire region over the last 11 years. The quality of the business built during this period showed very negligible delinquency due to my philosophy of growing businesses with strong risk management orientation. This region under me was consistently contributing more than 60% of profits of the entire Branch Business group of the bank, which is close to 5% of the region balance sheet.The businesses handled in these locations include Corporate and SME Banking, Infrastructure funding, ECA and ECB, Commercial banking, Payments, Institutional trade, Remittances, Retail and Corporate liabilities and Retail assets. As head of the region, I was responsible for the Hyderabad region clearing in all the locations, dealing with 9 different Branches. The role envisaged overseeing different control functions viz. Risk, Operations, Finance, Treasury, and Remittance from various business lines across the region. During this stint, I had expanded and trained coverage by upgrading Branch Operation Managers.
