A. Project Procurement – 1. Building Material like – Aggregate, Sand, Cement & Grouting Cement, Re – Bar, Steel & Structural Steel, Roofing material (Colour Coated Sheet & FRP Sheet), Sanitary Items, Wood & Wooden Blocks, Ply – Board, Tiles, Paint & Other construction material.2. Gases – Oxygen, Nitrogen, Argon & Other Specialty Gases.3. Administrative Item Procurement- Furniture’s & Fixtures, Office Equipment, Stationary/ Printing, House Keeping , Medicine, Horticulture Plant & Machinery, Uniform, Local Purchase, General Items.4. Procurement of Equipment - Electrical & Mechanical, Spares parts - Electrical (Panel ,Switch gear, Transformer, Cables, Motors Items & Mechanical - Bearing, Pipe & Pipe Fitting for WRM , BRM & PGP Project 5. Finalization of Consultancy Contract – EMD - Environmental clearance, Consent to Establish, Consent to operate, Central Ground Water Abstract, SIA Study, Rehabilitation & Resettlement Scheme & DC Clearance. 6.Contract for Electrical, Structural and Hiring / out sourcing of various equipment Earth moving equipment etc. B. Material & Inventory Management – Supervise Stores management including material receipt, Issue, Accounting, requisite documentation – Cenvat Credit, Sales Tax . C. Disposal of surplus and Scraps - Having sound knowledge of Forward auction for Disposal of surplus Items & Reverse auction for procurement of High Value Item.D. Arrangement of Inbound & Out bound Transportation at domestic level.

Procurement of Capital Equipment, Spares, Consumables, Finalization of contract for Consultants for Environment Clearance, Consent to Establish, Consent to Operate for Mining & Producer Gas Plant & Central water ground authority.Contract for Administrative activities like Vehicle, Canteen & Manpower Contract etc.

Expertise in development of Rate contracts.Proven experience on development of vendors and their management.Thorough team player and a fast decision maker.Proven ability in cost control and cost reduction.

1.Planning & Procurement and Co – ordination of Capital goods, Spares, Consumables, Services for Chemical, Iron & Steel Industries like - 2 x 60 MVA Ferro Chrome Arc Furnace, 2 x 27.6 MVA, Silicon Manganese Arc Furnace and 2 x 27.6 MVA Ferro Manganese, 4..30 LTPA Coke Oven & 125 x 4 = 500 MW Captive Power Plant, SMS & HSM – 1.6 MTPA, CRM- 4 LMTA & Mining Project - Sub – Grading & Tailing Plant & Chrome Ore Beneficiation Plant, Cap – 25 TPH.2.Supervise Stores Management including Materials Receipt, Issue, Accounting, Requisite documentation Cenvat Credits, Disposal of Surplus and Scraps.3.Manage warehouse/ Store operations ensuring optimum inventory levels to achieve maximum cost savings without hampering operations.4. Design warehouse layout for cost effective warehouse management and Inventory Control.5.Manage the entire Procurement, Stores management & Logistics process as complete profit center.6.Conversant with ISO – 9001: 2000, EMS –14001, OHSAS – 18001 & TPM in Purchase & Stores activities.
