• ERP (Farvision) Implementation & Administration Modules ( CRM, Finance, Store, Engineering, Material,Payroll,Fixed Asset,HR)• Responsible for remote coordination of infrastructure implementation/integration as globally standard of organization.• Design and implement short and long term strategic plans to ensure infrastructure capacity meets existing and future requirements.• Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans for infrastructure administration and project management• Prepare proposals, technical documents, contracts, scope of work reports, and other documentation for infrastructure projects and associated efforts.• Negotiate with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure infrastructure specific products and services.• Assist with the planning and deployment of infrastructure security measures.• Manage and set priorities for the design, maintenance, development, and evaluation of all infrastructure systems, including LANs, WANs, Internet, intranet, security, wireless implementations, and so on.• Manage and make sure all infrastructure services are available to use and work.• Manage all infrastructure servers, network devices and phone system to work. • Conduct feasibility studies for various upgrade projects, improvements, and other conversions.• Define hardware and software standards requirement for Projects Team• Ensure that appropriate matrix developed for all deliverable• Ensure timely MIS to higher management• Appropriate architecture/documentation availability• Timely escalation to supervisor and higher authorities i.e. escalation matrix should be strictly adhered• High uptime on replication of data to Disaster recovery site.• Disaster Recovery Planning & Test• Preventive Maintenance• Website Maintenance• MIS Reports should be analyzed for discrepancy & Action Taken Report to be prepared• Data generation and preservation in the form of Reports for future access
