My Responsibilities includes:-• Independently identifies and implements improvements to the quality and effectiveness of products and processes.• Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes. Responsible for all Quality Assurance functions pertaining to New Product Development. • Participate as a core team member throughout the product development process and provide risk management support and follow-up• Identifying and Analysis of Business Requirements by going through different documents and also involved in requirements gathering.• Monitor the design controls portion of the quality system for regulatory compliance. Supports project teams and promotes implementation of quality principles at the design and initial stage of product development. • Scope Finalizing and Creating Test Strategy, Test Plan and other documents.• Identifying, defining and planning different phases of testing.• Execution Planning and Defect Tracking and reporting of the same.• Team building, mentoring and and resource planning.• Co-ordinate with Client to understand to understand requirements, milestones, plan and strategy.• Weekly meetings with PM team and developers to discuss requirements, project progress/status, issues, plan etc.
