Talent Acquisition Associate
CurrentResponsibilities:*Manage End-to-end recruitment for UK and European Clients.*Understanding UK and Europe Client Requirements for various open positions.*Logging Candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other Internal Databases.*Responsible for searching and recruiting the candidates on various skills set.*Taking telephonic interview for UK and European candidates, screening the candidates, submitting the profiles to the Client for further interview process.*Ensuring that resume appropriately reflects candidate experience and requirement.*Negotiating salaries with candidates and pay rates with subcontracting companies to close theposition.*Ensuring that adequate numbers of qualified candidates are submitted for all assigned clientrequirements in a timely manner.
