Founded in 1969 and headquartered in Eindhoven, The Netherlands, it provides asset-based financial solutions in the Agriculture, Food, Healthcare, Clean technology, Construction, Transportation, Industrial and Office technology industries.Designation – Asset Manager, PAN India (Agriculture and Healthcare) Location – Delhi Joined – Dec’18 to Oct'22 Handling daily asset-related requests in India and developing of asset remarketing strategy for PAN India to increase asset proceeds and reduce stock days.  Various tie-ups for storage, upkeep, valuations, and timely asset disposal via multiple channels including online and offline sales/auctions with compliance.  Vendor management for yards, valuation, auction and repo agencies.  Responsible for Asset portfolio and portfolio impairment management and reporting.  OLV setting/review for all Farm Equipment and VF (Healthcare) programs in India in close alignment with the Global GBU. Valuation from external agencies.  The provision of asset management services for the quoting, structuring, negotiation, approval, and documentation phases of transactions.  The preparation of written asset and vendor reviews.  Timely quarterly/annual review of existing matrices and development and implementation of new asset value lines as appropriate.  Dealers and vendors interaction for buyback.  Research and review local business practices, customs, markets, etc. that may impact asset values.  Close coordination within C&R structure and other departments.
