In ~9 years served Reliance in three roles : (1) Head of HR Governance (2) Head of HR for Refining & Marketing Business (3) Head of Talent Management. Was part of the team that lead the acquisition and later manage the transition and operations of Gapco - a petroleum business spread across five countries in East Africa.

Group responsibility for HR & Corporate Strategy for company's global operations across seven locations for 10MMTPA steel making capacity and allied businesses. All business support functions reported into this role. Was posted to the Philippines to help integrate the newly acquired National Steel Company of the Philippines into Global Steel's fold and to turnaround the mothballed steel plant at Iligan, Mindanao.

Head and HR Business Partner for marketing operations for India & SAARC countries. Led a massive restructuring & change management.

First HR Head of GECIS (now Genpact) which went on to become an iconic global BPO/ITES company. Established the HR & Admn policies & processes for a sunrise industry in compliance with country's law & GE's stringent global practices.

Started with projects group and later moved to human resource function in the manpower planning, recruitment and industry - institute collaboration department. Was part of the team(s) that led the rapid expansion of vehicle manufacturing facility into other locations across the country.
