Key Result Areas: * Spearheading the entire gamut of functions for Product Management, Customer Engagement, Product Roadmap Creation, Stakeholder Management, Employee Retention, L&D and People Management* Conducting competitive market intelligence for products and channels to study the market & potential of various category of products* Directing the conceptualization & implementation of competitive business strategies & revenue plans for home loans & LAP; directing sales team & external channels (DSA & Connector)* Managing the incentive for RM/RO to RSM level for both sales & collections vertical* Planning and implementing Budget/Annual Sales Plan & reviewing performance across channels, branches & regions; tracking budget v/s achievement across parameters on periodic intervals* Leading the team and increasing the revenue generation through cross sell, launching various life & non-life insurance products, exploring tie-up opportunities, tracking insurance penetration & controlling under insurance* Designing, launching, monitoring & driving campaigns, sales contests/schemes, monitoring PPP (Productivity, Performance & Profitability)* Increasing the business in the home loans segment by focusing on affordable housing segment & PMAY CLSS; monitoring the process and ensuring that the subsidies are being passed only to the eligible customers within the TAT* Brainstorming, designing & developing creative for various programs & products under home loans/UR umbrella* Analyzing the BUREAU data & suggesting actionable for better portfolio management & cross sell opportunities* Tracking Key business parameters like disbursement, WIRR, PF Insurance penetration along with Key Risk Indicators like 30+/90+/ Early- delinquency, recovery of collections of penal charges* Coordinating with business leaders & internal stakeholders for new product development, commercial & pricing matters. * Designing & implementing performance scorecard for Sales & Collections vertical* Preparing various Business Dashboards/ AQR dashboard as per the management requirement* Maximizing the sales opportunities, proactively creating new opportunities, developing & managing relationships with key clients, internal & external stakeholders to develop business
