I have been in the hospitality sector for over 20 years and have experience in managing entire gamut of operations and functions related to Hospitality Industry including day-to-day Operations, Guest Services & Relationship Management, Coordination and General Management, Facility Management, Inventory Management, Cost Control, Team Management & Guest Management. In my association with KFC Restaurant as Restaurant General Manager, I have been consistently working towards the goal of maximizing guest service while simultaneously increasing corporate profit. I have gained hands on experience in steering various aspects of kitchen management including monitoringfood production and aesthetic presentation of food and beverages, enhancing operational efficiency, price control, revenue management, target determination and budgetary forecast & control, rationalizing processes to minimize cost and execute control measures to optimize running cost and minimize waste. My affable and outgoing personality traits have helped to develop good relations with guests and international clients to enhance their satisfaction levels and made me equally popular among colleagues and team members. While ensuring compliance to the food safety standards in accordance with the local and international requirements, am also administering hygiene of equipments along with compliance to food hygiene and health & safety regulations.
