Responsible for product management and technical marketing of leading edge products (Reset Domain Crossing Verification, Static X-propagation Analysis, Static Design Rule Checking). Driving various phases of product cycle from concept development, product differentiation, sustaining competitive advantage and roadmap features. Develop technical collateral including application notes, test plans, design examples, product documentation, technical papers and presentations.

Worked closely with cross-functional teams to accomplish these goals for Atrenta Platform (Lint, CDC, DFT, Power, Constraints products). Awarded President’s Club 2014 participation for assisting in driving record sales and customer satisfaction. Responsible for testing and reviewing trainings for SpyGlass product platform (Lint, CDC, DFT, Power,Constraints products).

Responsible for pre and post sales technical engagements. Worked on several evaluations to support start-up product and close business. Created and delivered presentations to highlight product capabilities and competitive advantages. Developed designs to demonstrate performance improvement using constraint generation, synthesis and P&R flow. Developed scripts using SQL, Perl to extract design database.

Used SystemVerilog and OVM to verify Real Time Event Processor. Developed verification plan. Developed simulation environment with OVM agents to drive/monitor various interfaces (Memory, Manchester encoder/decoder, SerDes). Developed assertions, coverage and scoreboard analysis components with self checking. Developed and ran constrained random and directed test cases with parameterization. Validated, defined and documented requirements (interface, functional, verification) for a CCD controller targeted to Actel RTAX.

Managed a team of up to 9 engineers for requirements definition, feature testing, customer, OEM, partner relationships. Successfully interacted with several customers and field to achieve resolution of synthesis product and support requirements. Previously also as product manager with an organization of about 60, defined key product features, achieved significant product enhancements, successfully managed beta programs, product trainings and created new process initiatives.

Successfully provided solutions in achieving timing closure, reducing cost and design time for number of customers (worth several million dollar revenue).
