As a Consultant Neurodevelopmental Paediatrician at NELFT NHS Foundation Trust, I have been providing assessment and management of children with various neurodevelopmental conditions, such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), cerebral palsy (CP), and developmental delay, for over 19 years. I am passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centred, and evidence-based care to children and their families, and improving their outcomes and quality of life.In addition to my clinical role, I have also been involved in clinical leadership and change management, as a former Clinical Director of Service and an IT Strategy Board Member. I have successfully led and implemented service improvement initiatives, such as developing multidisciplinary team (MDT) protocols, enhancing IT systems, and engaging with local commissioners and stakeholders. I also contribute to medical education and teaching medical students .
