He was also on the Board of the Company’s subsidiaries in Japan, Korea and Singapore.Sanjay has more than 30 years of international Business and IT experience spanning diverse industries including IT/ITES, telecom, manufacturing, local government, retail, consumer goods and public utilities. He has a deep understanding of Strategic IT Planning, BPR, Change leadership and Program Management and an extensive experience of managing large and complex Technology projects. He has held leadership positions in the Corporate Sector, handled Profit Centre responsibilities as well as run his own IT services business. Prior to Cosmo, Sanjay has held senior management positions in OutworX (an IT Outsourcing company), Baxy Infosol, Kanbay (now a part of CapGemini), IBM and Eicher Group.A respected opinion leader within the IT fraternity in India, Sanjay has been regularly featured in media interviews, panel discussions and case studies relating to Strategic IT issues. Sanjay has many awards and accolades to his credit. In 2004, he was presented the ‘Indian CTO/CIO of the year’ by the CTO Forum and Network Computing Magazine. Further, Sanjay’s leadership at Eicher won him NASSCOM’s ’The Best IT User for 2004’ award in the automotive sector.
