Current• Migration of Fraud payments profiling from legacy platform to vendor based scalable and cloud platform • Implementation of Portfolio of Digital client major growth initiative across Digital client payments channels, corporate mobile, reporting, client liquidity management and virtual accounting platform • Implementation of Cheque remediation programme aiming towards technology remediation • Implementation of largest Structural Reform Programme create a ringfenced entity to service the retail customers and moving more risky business e.g. Corporate and Investment banking into another entity• Completed assurance and cutover to mark Brexit for Corporate • Implementation of Pricing model for new product sets and migration to a new a central PlatformLifecycle Project management/governance Activities o Contracts formulation, review, PRA notification preparation, legal/compliance review, vendor engagement o Product strategy and roadmap formulationo Business case preparation with target state, key outcomes, resourcing, benefits, financials, RAID’s and funding o Development and tracking of stakeholder management plano Presentation to senior management using standard tools (Excel, PowerPoint etc.) o Requirements/user stories workshop facilitation, backlog prioritisation, minimum value propositionso Design/Functional specification review, facilitation, gap assessment, architecture vision preparation, security/data reviewso Change control as per the tolerance thresholds o Build & Test engagement/interlock, scheduling and tracking o Data Migration strategy formulation, constraints evaluation, execution o BAU release management, implementation and live proving o Outcomes and benefits measurement and tracking o Post implementation support and incident managemento Implementation of Target Operating Model including stakeholder training o Initiative closure and lessons learnt documentedo Cost Modelling, reporting, Mid-term planning, finance and budgeting
