Initially recruited by Bell Canada’s recently launched cable and satellite television subsidiary to develop backend business systems for functions such as dealer network commission calculations and help desk ticket tracking. As the company matured, took the lead on automating core business, billing and customer relations functions, and earned progressive promotions to Associate Director.
