We provide high quality in-home care to people in their own homes, so that they can continue to live independently with the support of a gifted team of carers. Our care visits are never rushed; wherever possible they are a minimum of one our in order for trusted relationships to be established. Our care covers a range of services: Companionship care - helping to reduce social isolation and boosting wellbeing, to include light housework, shopping, meal preparation, taking out to community events and meetings. Respite Care - relieving support from a family member Home to Hospital care Personal Care - including washing and dressing, medication administering Dementia Care - working with clients living with Dementia End of life care Live in care - 24 hour live in and over night care.
