During his break, Sanjay realised that his passion was in helping clients solve problems. He setup Silicon Advisers with the purpose of not selling a specific product or service but principally to assist.

In 2015, Sanjay was selected as the Global Chair of the YIN Committee which represents the membership of the International Fiscal Association ("IFA") under the age of 40. Sanjay retired from his position in 2018, after successfully raising the prominence of YIN in IFA.

After a successful internship at EY London in 2005, Sanjay joined EY London's Oil and Gass Practice. In 2009, Sanjay was selected to go on secondment to EY US's office in Houston, Texas. After a fruitful 6 month secondment, Sanjay left the firm in 2010 to undertake a Master's in International Tax in preparation to join his family business in 2011.
