I’m currently in the role of a Senior Lecturer, Operations and Supply Chain Management, and Internship Based Learning Manager. In this role, I currently teach business courses (applied) and also manage the internship courses for our final year students in the bachelor of business. I collaborate with the industry for my applied courses to work on their projects and also authentic assessments.My most recent achievement has been automating the entire process of the internship-based learning course. I have been very successful to build a portfolio of organizations for student projects for leading organizations in NZ (Ingram Micro, Foodstuffs, Spark NZ, Downers NZ, Cardinal Logistics, etc). I have also been invited to teach an MBA/EMBA course for operations and supply chain management for Massey University as an adjunct lecturer for semester 2, 2022.Before joining Unitec, I worked for Holmes Institute in Sydney, as a Programme manager, ICICI Bank India Ltd, Relationship manager, Saint Gobain Vetrotex India Ltd, Area manager and Bakelite Hylam Ltd, India as Product manager. I strongly believe in adding value in the projects I undertake. I have had the opportunity to work in diversified (academic, operations, sales & marketing) roles of businesses and have always made a positive impact. My expertise is in business development, project management, sales, marketing and operations, and supply chain management.I have a Masters of Logistics from University of Sydney, Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Marketing) from Siva Sivani Institute of Management, Bachelors of Commerce (Honours) from Osmania University, India.
