Business Title: Assistant Site Lead. (Client Meesho)Role and responsibilities:  Conduct staff performance reviews, setting objectives, and identifying skills of associate.  Monitor the performance of the warehouse staff.  Handling & planning daily inwards & Outwards  Resolve all client queries related to daily Load connections/Issue.  Planning Manpower & managing daily Throughput.  Ensuring Load connection to different location within TAT.  Managing general administration of daily basis requirement (Stationary, office supply, maintenance etc.)

• Conduct staff performance reviews, setting objectives, and identifying skills of associate.• Monitor the performance of the warehouse staff.• Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence with respective clients.• Resolve all customer queries related to shipment/order.• Receiving goods deliveries and arrange to login the same.• Ensuring accurate order dispatch and fulfilment.• Monitoring and tracking the flow of goods into the warehouse.• Controlling the order cycle.• Prioritize the shipment as per customer category and ensure to deliver the shipment well before timeline.• Planning the production as per order backlog and managing the same in coordination business partner/vendor.• Managing general administration of daily basis requirement (Stationary, office supply, maintenance etc.)

• Ensuring accurate order dispatch and fulfilment• Managing end to end communication from the logistics company to the respective customer for the timely delivery of shipments• Ensuring proper inventory inbound including bar-coding and reconciliation• Preparing MIS on inventory availability across warehouses• Preparing purchase orders for respective vendors

• Responsible for the goods receipt, storage and dispatch of a wide range of goods from the warehouse.• Responsible for organizing the warehouse areas.• Processing orders.• Resolution of the customer query related to product information.• Ensuring that quality objectives and delivery are met as per agreed TAT.• Monitoring stock control.• Damaged/dead inventory liquidation.• Helping warehouse staff by coaching, planning, Monitoring, and appraising job results for meeting organization expectation.• Managing the day to day activities of warehouse staff and drivers.

• Visiting dealer frequently to ensure sustainable increase of sales. • Sales development and promotion of products. • Finding new dealers/ channel partner to maximize company sale in the region. • Order execution and ensure supply on right time in consultation with Transport Company. • Daily maintenance of MIS and attending daily strategy call, Weekly meetings. Ensuring collection of credit sale within given Credit terms.
