Executive - Pulp Mill (Process) January 2010 – February 2011, I was fully responsible for shift level of Pulp Mill Operation at Ballarpur industries Ltd., Unit Shree Gopal, Yamunanagar. Responsible for smooth operation of Batch Digesters, Screening & Washing Plant, Bleach plant with CEopD1D2 sequence. Collect information about the maintenance breakdowns related to mechanical, electrical and automation In case of any breakdown in shift related to Pulp Mill Operation, advise and suggest the procedures to set right the process In case of product quality problems change the parameters which suits to the quality requirements according to the customer’s need Coordinate with respective maintenance engineers of mechanical, electrical and process control to make changes in the equipments operating parameters according to the needs and problem being faced Participate in meeting with seniors of all discipline, for example process, electrical and mechanical and automation for the problems normally being faced in previous operations and make planning to set right those problems Participate in meeting with Safety and Environmental Department to ensure that all the safety and environmental norms are per the government regulations is being maintained properly.

After completing my bachelor's in chemical engineering, I joined Kuantum Papers Ltd. and worked at Pulp Mill Department from December 2007 - December 2009, and I was fully responsible for day to day plant operations at Kuantum Papers Ltd. Responsible for smooth operation of Continuous Digesters, Washing Plant, Oxygen Delignification Plant, Hot Stock Screening System, Blow Heat Recovery Plant, Bleach plant with CEopH1H2 sequence. Record the maintenance breakdowns related to Mechanical, Electrical and Automation and Communicate to respective department. Troubleshooting regarding the shift level problems for Quality and maintenance. Change the process parameters to achieve the quality requirements according to the customer’s requirement. Participate in meeting with seniors of all discipline, for example process, electrical and mechanical and automation for the problems normally being faced in previous operations and make planning to set right those problems. Attend day to day Planning Meetings with operation and Maintenance staff to keep the plant running smoothly. Participate in meeting with Safety and Environmental Department to ensure that all the safety and environmental norms are per the government regulations is being maintained properly. Active member of the projects undertaken to convert the manual plant in Automation. Prepared the PID with the help of engineering department. And executed the conversion of manual plant to Automation with Rockwell Automations.
