Key Account Manager
CurrentMarketing of products like Laminates (Single layer to 4 layer), Pouches (Including PE based), Wrap Around Labels, Shrink Films etc.- Client Servicing of customers like Nestle, Unilever, Perfetti, Coke, A&P Foods – now part of United Biscuits (UK), Dangote Pasta & Noodles – Part of Tiger Brand (South Africa), Ok Foods, Parle Foods etc.- Job profile includes order generation, order fulfilment, Co-ordination with Plant Planners, Production Team etc. for timely execution of jobs, handling of customer complaints, providing customer support in terms of technical knowhow in conjunction with Technical Team for initiation of new product development.- Payment collection, Raising of Credit Note & maintaining of clean accounts.- Making of Annual Budget, Monthly projections, Collection forecast etc.- Price negotiation.- Development of new customers.
