Looking after overall Operations of the Company.

a. Coordinating with CHA/FedEx/DHL/IATA Agent for Checklist and Connection of shipment.b. After arrival the export shipment at our hub of Courier mode (FedEx/DHL/Self Network) and Cargo mode (Airlines) shipment to connect with vendors.c. Follow up with FedEx/DHL on shipments progress.d. Preparation of MAWB and HAWB for Nomination shipments.e. Handling the Pricing desk as well for all international shipment for all gateway's in the absence of Concern Personf. Tracking of all Export shipments (courier and Cargo Mode) till delivery of Nomination and Airport to Airport port shipment to update the all status to customer through E-mail.g. Arranging Airline Delivery order of Import shipment by Air. h. Import IGM manifestation with Delhi Air Cargo, New Delhii. Coordinating with CHA/ Vendor/IATA Agent for Checklist and Connection of shipment.j. Keeping Track of the shipment and sharing day to day update to the Customer.k. Coordinating with Overseas Agents and to handle the Nomination Shipment for Documentation.l. Filling BOE and checking Duties at prior basis to update the Customer.m. Keep a track and Coordinate with Shippers regarding overall documentation. n. Performing all CHA Activity till Complete Shipment handover

a. Contacting a list of various shippers on nomination & getting inputs on cargo readiness, volume of cargo, terms of shipments etc.b. Planning accordingly whether the shipment is by Air / Sea.c. Some time Negotiating the air freight with airlines & sea freight rates with shipping lines.d. Planning the container movement of shipments, stuffing, custom clearance etc.e. Proper manifestation of docs with carriers, timely release of MAWB, HAWB, MBL, HBL etc.f. To dispatch the post-shipment docs to Head Office to forward the same to our associate / counterparts across World.g. Confidently preparing Pre- Shipment Documents like Invoice & Packing List, EDI Annexure, Shipping Bill, Bill of Entry, Bill Of Lading, Airway Bill, ATA CARNET etc for Sea & Air Shipments.h. Self checking the accuracy of shipping bill , bill of entry prepared before filing with Customs.i. In-depth knowledge of INCOTERMS like CIP, CNF,FOB,DDU,DDP,Ex_Works.j. Successfully handling custom clearance Jobs at CFS, ICD/TKD, IGI Airport.k. Having In-depth knowledge of Air & Sea Custom Clearance Procedure in Import & Export both.l. Cost sheet of each both import or export shipment. m. Consolidation of LCL / Air shipments , FCL movements. Freight Negotiations with carriers prior to booking the containers.n. Customer services like updates about movement of cargo clearance, stuffing & Tracking of consignments on SOB, trans-shipment , etc to customers.o. Preparation of MBL (Master Bill of Lading), HBL (House Bill of Lading), Checklist, Draft AWB/HAWB.p. Confidently preparing Pre- Shipment Documents like Invoice & Packing List, EDI Annexure, Shipping Bill, Bill of Entry, Bill Of Lading, Airway Bill, ATA CARNET etc for Sea & Air Shipments.q.
