(part of JSW group) has its presence in solar, thermal, and hydro power and is currently holding power generation assets of 6.5GW, while assets of 2.5GW renewable energy.Having qualified in PLI scheme trench II of solar manufacturing introduced by the Government of India and keenly materializing to set-up Integrated PV manufacturing for the entire value chain (Ingot-Wafer-Cell-Module),As working in Solar Strategy department at senior level position, my responsibilities are• Explore the potential and feasibility of manufacturing of solar value-chain down-stream products (Polysilicon- Ingot- Wafer- Cell- Module)• Study and conclude the respective ingredients for manufacturing of solar value-chain down-stream products (Polysilicon- Ingot- Wafer- Cell- Module) • Develop manufacturing facility for solar value-chain down-stream products (Polysilicon- Ingot- Wafer- Cell- Module)• Digitization in solar business vertical • Ensure Safety in solar project business• Responsible for Project Construction/ Project Management/Operation Management// Technology selection/ Project Design and Engineering / Cost Management/ Resource Planning/ Quality Assurance/ Asset Management/ / Team Development/ Installation/ Commissioning// Engineering Consultant/ Tool Supplier selection, various other technical and commercial aspects of the solar projects.• Liasion with government officials• Land acquisition, project funding, legal and regulatory compliance• Visited China many times for Solar project related work.

Responsibilities and accountabilities: -• Responsible for setting up Solar PV power plants across India in MW scale (Grid interactive solar farm)• Responsibility also include liaison with govt officials, business development, project construction and management, project funding, land acquisition, cost management, asset management, installation, commissioning, team development, various other technical and commercial aspect of the solar projects etc.

Responsibilities and accountabilities: -• Responsible for setting up Solar PV power plants across India in MW scale (Grid interactive solar farm) to Kw, ground-mounted to roof-top, grid connected to off-grid. Successfully commissioned more than 150 projects across India for variety of customers including government, private, PSUs etc.• Responsibility also include liaison with govt officials, business development, project construction and management, project funding, land acquisition, cost management, asset management, installation, commissioning, team development, various other technical and commercial aspect of the solar projects etc.

• Responsible for setting up Solar PV power plants across India in MW scale (Grid interactive solar farm) to Kw, ground-mounted to roof-top, grid connected to off-grid. Successfully commissioned more than 350 projects across India for variety of customers including government, private, PSUs etc.• Responsibility also include liaison with govt officials, business development, project construction and management, cost management, asset management, installation, commissioning, team development, various other technical and commercial aspect of the solar projects etc.

• Responsible for setting up Solar PV power plants across India in MW scale (Grid interactive solar farm) to Kw, ground-mounted to roof-top, grid connected to off-grid. Successfully commissioned more than 100 projects across India for variety of customers including government, private, PSUs• Visited Germany and Taiwan for FAT of Solar Cell and module line manufacturing equipment’s. Successfully commissioned Solar Cell and Module manufacturing line in Moser Baer.• Effectively implemented SAP (PP-Module) in MBPV & MBSL.• Effectively implemented ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001.
