Azure Intune administrations. Upgrading CPU, memory & disk whenever required in VMware, Hyper-V & Azure.Checking disk, memory, and CPU utilization alert if any.Take a VM snapshot, if needed due to any changes/upgrades.Updating VMware tools OR VMware patches. Administration of Windows Server, VMware, Hyper-V, O365, Exchange, FTP, Azure, etc. Managing/moving VMs from the cluster's storage, if required.Handling DNS & DHCP server-related issues.Handling security patch issues on the server.If required extend support to fix vulnerability issues on the server. Creating a new user in O365 cloud OR on-premises AD (Hybrid environment) Adding / Mapping Users in the required group, and enabling MFA if required.Creating a CSR (certificate file) to renew the SSL certificate. Also, configure the certificate, once have the certificate.Converting Mailbox to shared mailbox, when the employee left, revoking the O365 license.Providing support as per SLA, maintaining the SLA of the team to meet Global client expectations
